Wow… by far one of the best car wash’s I’ve been too in awhile. Great drive through wash and vacuums are good, free window spray with micro fiber towels. It’s a far cry from any Nashville spots. Super friendly people too!!!!

The employees at the car wash are nice and very friendly. The wash might have caused a few scratches to my vehicle which is unfortunate. My only gripe is the 7 day policy they have when canceling wash memberships. I tried to do it online multiple times and every time I tried it says I wasn’t found as a customer. Then I called customer service the first time and the call got dropped. So I sent in a ticket and didn’t hear anytime. Called today and was told they give emails 7-14 days before responding so they can investigate the best options to assist customers. So now I have been charged $45 for a month of washes I can’t even use. So.. when you got to cancel a wash membership give yourself plenty of time. That was $45 down the drain.

Always love how the employees make me smile 😊. From the friendly smiles, waves, and drawings, my heart and my car are always happy when I pull out of the lot. And thanks to Frank who started it all off today!!

Great customer service and service with smiles. The day that I went the staff was so patient and courteous. They also did a great job of taking care of my car, especially the tires which hadn't been cleaned in years! I also want to give a special shout to Mr. Frank Boerdner, he was super kind, patient, and helpful in helping me to navigate the self-service kiosk my first time there.

I’ve had a car wash pass here for a few years on a few different cars and I love it! The washes are high quality and the staff are always helpful and kind! Frank always says hi and answers any questions I have. Victoria was extremely helpful when I had problems with my pass. Javier the site leader always ensures every problem is taken care of and the washes are high-quality. The provided vacuums and glass cleaner with towels are always great and allow for deep cleaning! Overall very happy with my experience with Tidal Wave!
